MQP is in the process of recruiting for State and Regional Directors. It is important that our Directors are committed to the success of the pageant system and the National Director welcomes input from all of our Directors. Like many other pageant systems, Directors are responsible for the day to day operations of the system in her state, which includes organizing, recruiting, and running preliminary and state pageants. In addition, the Directors are also required to assist the National Director at Nationals. It is an entrepreneur type of business, thus your state is ran by you , but under the guidelines and mission of the National system. Directors are responsible for costs to operate the system in your state or region and filing all necessary tax documents as an independent business.
If you are interested in taking on a Director role for Majestic Queen Pageants in your state or as a Regional Director for multiple states in your region, please fill out the application below. There is no cost to submit your application; however, should you be appointed as a Director of your state or Region, there will be an annual fee that will be paid to the National Director ($400 per year for State Directors and $600 per year for Regional Directors). Fees must be paid once the Director's contract is executed. If the fee is not received within 24 hr via PayPal by the National office once the contract has been executed, as stated in the Director's contract, the contract will become null and void, unless there is an agreement for you to delay your Directorship. Such agreements will be made in writing and must be approved by the National Director.
NOTE: *Below is the application ONLY. It is not an official contract between you and the National Director of MQP. If you are offered the position, you will have a period of 48 hrs to review the Director's contract. After the 48 hr time period, you will need to accept or decline the appointment as a State or Regional Director. Nothing that is stated in the contract is legally binding until you have officially signed the contract and the National Director has countersigned the contract. Once all signatures are completed, the contract will be executed and you will be obligated to abide by ALL of the rules and regulations in the contract. Applicants will not receive the contract to review until your application has been received, reviewed and accepted to move forward with the appointment as a Director. If you submitted our application and have not heard from the National office within 4-6 weeks, please contact us to inquire about the status of your application for Directorship.
